Reserve Your Date

A $150 non-refundable Reservation Fee secures your event date.

Your reservation includes:

• Event planning

• Mobile setup & cleanup

• Travel within our service area

• Professional styling throughout your event

Guests Choose Their Hat

After your reservation is confirmed, we'll send you a private ordering link to share with your guests.

Each guest selects:

• Hat style: Choose between a ball cap, straw hat, flat brim fedora, or felt cowboy hat

• Color

• Size (if applicable)

• Completes payment online

Ordering closes 7–10 days before your event so we can prepare every hat specifically for your group.
