Since every custom hat is one of a kind, we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges. We'll guide you through the entire design process and confirm the details with you before your hat is completed.

What if my hat doesn't fit?
If your hat doesn't fit as expected, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We'll work with you to determine the best solution, whether that's adjusting the sweatband, reshaping the hat, or discussing other options.
