3. Custom Hat Orders

Custom hats are created specifically for each customer.

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge:

All customization choices are approved by you before production.
Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
Because custom products are personalized, they are generally non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or we made an error.
Natural variations are part of the handcrafted process and are not considered defects.

Burnt Ridge Hat Co. reserves creative discretion when producing handcrafted items while following the approved design.

4. Pricing

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.

We reserve the right to:

Correct pricing errors.
Cancel orders resulting from incorrect pricing.
Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued.

5. Payments

Payment must be received before products are shipped or services are performed unless otherwise agreed.

We accept approved payment methods available during checkout.

Chargebacks made without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in suspension of future purchases.

6. Shipping

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Custom products are final sale.
Clearance or discounted merchandise may be final sale.
Non-custom merchandise may be eligible for return within the timeframe stated in our Return Policy if unused and in original condition.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

8. Event Bookings & Hat Bar Services

Booking deposits reserve your event date.

Unless otherwise stated:

Deposits are non-refundable.
Changes are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to emergencies, severe weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

Additional travel fees may apply outside our normal service area.

9. Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

Lost or stolen gift cards may not be replaced.
