What is the return policy?

Since every custom hat is one of a kind, we aren't able to accept returns or exchanges. We'll guide you through the entire design process and confirm the details with you before your hat is completed.

What if my hat doesn't fit?
If your hat doesn't fit as expected, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. We'll work with you to determine the best solution, whether that's adjusting the sweatband, reshaping the hat, or discussing other options.

How long does it take?

Most custom hats are completed and shipped within 2–3 weeks. If your design requires a special-order hat or materials, production may take a little longer. We'll let you know the estimated timeline before we begin.

Do you ship?

Yes! On all orders over $125+ shipping is free. On all other orders, shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

Do I need to know what I want?

Not at all! Most of our customers come to us with just a few ideas—or none at all. We'll guide you through every step, from choosing the hat and color to the shape and finishing details, creating a hat that's uniquely yours.

What if I don't know my hat size?

No problem! We'll help you determine the right size before your hat is made. We'll provide a simple measuring guide and walk you through the process to ensure the best fit.

What if I have a hat I'd like to customize already but I don't live in your area?

No problem! Ship your hat to us, and we'll customize it just like we would for a local customer. You can purchase your own shipping label or let us create one for you at a discounted rate. Return shipping is $15 and will be added to your final invoice.

Is a deposit required?

Yes. A non-refundable $75 deposit is required before we begin your custom hat. Your deposit secures your place in our production schedule and is applied toward the total cost of your hat. The remaining balance is due once your hat is complete and before pickup or shipping.
